Latin Community

The Latin Club was formed by students of Griffith University Gold Coast. Since it's beginnings the Latin Club has grown to over 500 members and continues to grow strongly.

The Latin Club was formed not only to promote the community with the campus but also throughout the region, we continue to hold functions, events, along with contributing towards assisting other Latin community groups. You don't need to be of a Latin ethnic background to join. Everyone is welcome with open arms. Here is a listing of the community groups that the Latin Club are involved in and are proud to promote.

El Portal

Christian Spanish Community - Surf City Church

For anyone interested to go to our meetings Wednesday 7:00pm to 8:30pm in the corner of Monaco St, and Gold Coast Highway, at Surf City Church we are having "EL PORTAL", which is a Chirstian group in Spanish for those who want to listen to the word of God in spanish.

"It is nicer listening music in our own language, and the word of GOD is music to our spitrits."

In spanish it would be:

“Porque no hay nada mejor que escuchar música en nuestro propio idioma. y la palabra de Dios es música para nuestro espiritu.
